Trip Focus

All of our performance trips are designed to fully maximize your group's exposure to the best musical / dramatic talent and venues while helping you manage the cost of your trip. We will arrange adjudicated performances, master's classes and Festival style competition as requested.

New York City, NY

Bands, Choruses and Orchestras will all find performing opportunities at a wide variety of well populated locations including The Statue of Liberty, Plaza of Lincoln Center and the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
For Bands – we will assist your group in gaining acceptance in major parades including Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and St. Patrick’s Day Parades.
We will arrange specialized workshops in rehearsal studios or theaters in the Theatre District directed by leading Broadway talent.
Stay after your Broadway performance and meet members of the cast and stage crew for a Question and Answer session.
Take a dinner cruise on the Hudson and East Rivers. Cruises feature a full buffet and a live DJ and dance floor.
We employ brand name hotels in Manhattan, Queens or Newark area (for motor coach groups); all of which are well situated and provide space for meals, rehearsals and meetings.
Of course, visit some of the world’s most famous local attractions including The Empire State Building (or Top of the Rock), NBC Studios, Carnegie Hall (contact us about performance opportunities for Choruses and Orchestras), Radio City Music Hall, The Apollo Theatre and many more.

CHICAGO, IL

Bands, Choruses and Orchestras will all find performing opportunities at a wide variety of well populated locations including Millennium Park Stage, Field Museum, Navy Pier and Grant Park.
For Bands – we will assist your group in gaining acceptance in major parades including Veterans Day and St. Patrick’s Day Parades.
Stay after your “Broadway” performance and meet members of the cast and stage for a Question and Answer session.
Take a dinner cruise on Lake Michigan. Cruises feature a full buffet and a live DJ and dance floor.
We employ brand name hotels in the Chicagoland area; all of which are well situated and provide space for meals, rehearsals and meetings.
Of course, visit some of the world’s most famous local attractions including The Hancock Building, The Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower), Michigan Avenue (The Miracle Mile), Navy Pier, boat tours on the Chicago River, Wrigley and Soldier Field tours and much more.

San Francisco, CA

Bands, Choruses and Orchestras will all find performing opportunities at a variety of well populated locations including Union Square and Fisherman’s Wharf.
For all groups – we will arrange a “Master’s Class” at an “Ivy League” university in the area.
Attend a “Broadway” performance at one of the many superb performing arts venues in the Bay Area.
We employ brand name hotels in the Bay area; all of which are well situated and provide space for meals, rehearsals and meetings.
Enjoy souvenir shopping at Pier 39 (see the sea lions!), Union Square, Half Moon Bay and Ghirardelli Square.
Of course, visit some of the country’s most famous local attractions including Alcatraz Island, Golden Gate Bridge and Park, Half Moon Bay and Beach and much more.

Orlando, FL

Bands, Choruses and Orchestras will all find performing opportunities at the variety of well populated theme parks including Universal Studios, Sea World and the four major Disney attractions.
Bands may be invited to march in the major Parades staged by the various Theme Parks.
Take in a dinner show at the Medieval Times Dinner Theatre. Upon request, we will also arrange an after hours dance with DJ and dance floor.
We employ brand name hotels in Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista and the Universal Drive area; all of which are well situated and provide space for meals, rehearsals and meetings.
Any Performing Arts group may participate in a specialized workshop which will be designed to teach concepts and hone skills.

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra

Attend a rehearsal performance or any of a number of special midday, mid-week performances. We also offer special dinner packages for selected performances by the ASO and at The FOX Theatre.
